Vladan Falcic - CEO

Vladan is a Blockchain and crypto enthusiast who entered the space in 2014, primarily dealing with early-stage projects. In 2016, he began to work with multiple projects, improving their marketing while developing valuable partnerships. In addition, he has a long history of advising successful startup projects and establishing their communities. As CEO, he will continue to be integral in laying the framework for CosmicFactions to grow.

Zander Mai - CCO

Zander is a technical content writer and verbal strategist with an eclectic background in creative strategizing, brand content marketing, copywriting and video editing. His constant pursuit for progress and enthusiastic love for all things blockchain-related has translated passion into profession. With a unique combination of managerial flair and creative ability, he has been a key contributor to a wealth of successful emerging crypto and traditional startups.

Mor Gueye - CTO

Mor is a software craftsman with several years of experience in web mobile technologies. He is passionate about blockchain technologies and possesses a great enthusiasm for emphasizing his touch and expertise in building this wonderful and empowering world of web3.

Mandy D - Co-CMO

Mandy has a passion for learning and exploring inquisitive ways to enhance her understanding of the current trends in the marketplace. With her immense experience in community management and marketing, Mandy excels at identifying ways to create growth and prosperity.

Huy Tran Viet - Art Director

Huy is a concept and illustration artist with more than ten years of experience. He has worked for clients such as Hayat games LLC, HyperJungle studios, and Virtuos Sparx. His most enjoyed topics are Science fiction, Vehicles, and the environment.

Petru Burca - Senior Concept Artist

A concept artist and illustrator by trade and a gaming fan by choice. Petru has spent a decade working as a concept artist/illustrator for some of the industry’s finest and most notable companies, such as Gameloft and EA Games. He is proficient in traditional artistic methods (oils, acrylic, charcoal, etc.) and digital ones like Adobe suite software, Adobe after effects, blender, DAZ studio, and the Quixel suite.

Reshma Kesarlal - Head of Community

Reshma's vibrant personality and inspiration from her daily connections are infused in her personalized communication style. With extensive experience building communities, she has created a balance between community outreach, content distribution, and social engagement. In turn, she helps grow communities, builds trust, and most importantly, has fun while doing so.

Claudia Polanco - Co-CMO

Claudia has extensive experience in community management, community building, and marketing campaigns. She is also a very well-rounded social media marketer and content creator who deeply understands the ins and outs of attention marketing.

Faz Islam - Head of Research and Development

Blockchain and NFT enthusiast with experience in Business/ Research development. Actively involved in social engagement using excellent communication skills and business development experience. Multiple-year track record in supporting early-stage projects develop and improve in line with forecasted industry trends with expertise in numerous blockchain projects.

Tam Nguyen - 2D Lead Animator

Tam is a 2D Animator and VFX artist with more than 10 years of experience working for notable names like Magnon Studio, Garena, Riot Games, and Virtuos Sparx. He enjoys and excels at animating complex characters, mechanics, and environments.

Tri Hoang - Lead 3D Artist

Tri is a CG artist with over eight years of experience working in the film and TV industry. His work has been showcased in feature films and TV shows such as Hidden Figures, Legacies, and HBO's From the Earth to the Moon.

Phu Thieu - Lead 2D Artist

Phu is a freelance artist with nine years of experience and has worked for Sony Entertainment, Legend Story Studios, Hex Entertainment, Garena Digital Entertainment, Desert Owl Games, and more. Phu also has extensive experience with Gaming projects such as Arena of Valor, Flesh, Blood, Hex- Shard of Fate, Poxnora, and many others.

Sergei Khoroshun - Telegram Community Manager

From a competitive sports background to an avid blockchain, gaming, and crypto enthusiast, Sergei’s interest in the space has led him to transition to crypto full-time after joining Squares Capital in 2021. Since then, he has not looked back. As a result, he has gained considerable experience managing communities across a variety of projects.
